Siskin Steel Crane for Nashville location
Excel Industries had the great pleasure of supplying a new steel warehouse crane for Siskin Steel in Nashville. The crane turned out excellent and its said there employees love the new setup and controls that were supplied with crane. The lights are incredible and lights up the whole floor so much the guys use the crane lights to work on other machines on the floor. Thank you Dave Roanhouse
Proof that Excel stands behind our commitment to the customer!
Our customer was in a huge pinch when they had a catastrophic failure on there crane which lead to excel pulling the crane down and shipping it back to our shop. Once crane was delivered back to Excels shop, we found the crane was not able to be fixed. Excel's Engineer quickly put together a quote for a replacement crane to get there production back up and running. Excel received this email on 9/12/18 thanking us for our quick response. Excel responds the same to all customers no matter if they have one crane or 100. Our commitment is always the same and customer satisfaction is number one. Excel encourages all customers to come visit our shop to see what we are doing. Excel can and will back up all claims made on what we have to offer our customers.
